Product
Who is MyDeskiso for?
Independent sales organizations and brokers in merchant cash advance who run deals from intake to funding, place them with funders, and sometimes syndicate them with investors.
Does MyDeskiso decide which deals to fund?
No. Scoring and A/B/C tiers are indicative only. Fund, sell and pass are manual calls, they can be changed at any time, and every change is recorded.
Can I use my own credit box?
Yes. Excluded states, preferred verticals, minimum revenue and other criteria are configured per organization, and deals are scored against your configuration, not a generic one.
Do my reps see everything?
Only what you allow. You define your own roles, permissions are per module, and a rep can be limited to the deals assigned to them, with no access to funder threads or commissions.
Can merchants apply from my own website?
Yes. You design an application form in the app from the deal field catalog, paste one snippet on your site, and each submission becomes a deal. When the form collects sensitive details, the merchant signs a consent block and the signed PDF is stored with the deal, along with any bank statements they upload.
How do offers reach the merchant?
You record each funder offer on the deal — several can be live at once, on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule — and send the one you choose to the merchant by email. They accept or decline on a secure page, and the answer shows on the deal. Missing documents are requested the same way, and uploaded through a page carrying your brand.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The whole app is responsive and can be installed to your home screen from the browser.
AI
What does the AI actually do?
Three things, each started by a button: it reads a deal's bank statements into monthly figures and existing MCA positions, with the evidence for each position; it scores and sorts the funders a deal could go to against their guidelines; and it transcribes a funder's guideline documents into a structured format. It never funds, sells, passes or sends anything.
Can the AI change my deal on its own?
No. An analysis proposes figures; you tick the ones you want applied, one by one, and what the merchant declared is never overwritten.
What is sent to the AI provider?
We use Claude, by Anthropic. A bank statement analysis sends that deal's statements, with the names of your funders so existing positions can be recognized. Funder matching sends an allow-list of deal facts — state, industry, amounts, revenue — with no merchant identity, and funders travel as anonymous references. Nothing is sent until someone in your organization asks for it.
Is AI included in every plan?
The depth of bank statement analysis depends on the plan, and usage is metered per organization with a monthly quota. Everything is open during the trial.
Integrations
Which CRM do you support?
GoHighLevel today. Deals and contacts are pulled in — automatically when you tag a contact, or with one button — with your custom fields mapped to the underwriting record. Sending thread history back to the CRM is opt-in, per deal.
How does the Slack integration work?
Your workspace is connected once. Each deal gets a channel, and each funder submission gets its own, mirroring the email thread. A message written in Slack appears in the platform, and a message written in the platform appears in Slack.
Do funder emails go out from my domain?
Outbound submissions carry your seller identity, and replies are routed back into the deal thread rather than a personal mailbox.
Data & security
Can other ISOs on MyDeskiso see my merchants?
No. Every record belongs to one organization and every query is scoped to it. There is no cross-organization view, no shared merchant pool and no aggregated dataset built from your deals.
Do you read my funder emails?
Threads are stored so the platform can display them to the people you authorize inside your own organization. They are not used for anything else.
How is merchant PII handled?
Merchant details and documents leave your workspace in two cases only: when you send them to a funder, and when a user asks for an AI analysis of a deal's bank statements. Both are recorded in the audit trail with who did what and when. SSN and EIN are stored encrypted and shown masked, last four digits only. Credentials and integration tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Where is the data hosted?
On managed infrastructure in the United States — a Postgres database on Neon, application hosting on Vercel, and deal documents on AWS S3 encrypted at rest. The full list of service providers is in the privacy policy.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your workspace becomes read-only for thirty days so you can export what you need, and the data is deleted afterwards on request.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. We can walk you through exactly how isolation, encryption, permissions and auditing work, and you can judge for yourself.
